Getting Started

TL;DR
Follow the steps below to create an account, install the software, activate your 30-day trial license, and purchase a full license when ready..

User Account Creation

1. Create your account using MySegmenter Signup.
2. Login to your account using MySegmenter Login.

Download & Install MySegmenter

1. Download the latest MySegmenter research v26.1 from your account..
   
   
   Read and accept the End User License Agreement (EULA) to proceed..
   
   
   
2. Select the desired installation location on your computer's hard drive.
   
   
   
3. Click on the "Install" button to start the installation.
   
   
   
4. Wait for the installation process to complete.
   
   
   

Activating the Trial License

1. Once installation completes, launch MySegmenter research v26.1 from the desktop shortcut or Start menu
2. Select Online Activation
   
   
   
3. Log in with your account credentials. This automatically activates a 30-day trial license for your installation.
   
   
   

Purchase the License

Login to your account using MySegmenter Login.

1. Go to My Dashboard.
   
   
   
2. Click on Pricing or Buy License.
   
   
   
3. Select the subscription plan (Monthly or Yearly).
   
   
4. Complete the payment.
   
   
5. After a successful payment, one floating license will be credited to your account.
6. To confirm the license was added,visit My Dashboard.

Uninstall MySegmenter

Uninstall can be done from the Windows Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features menu.

Locate the MySegmenter research v26.1 and click Uninstall.
